COACHES
Coach Gregg Sarbak brings more than 30 years of coaching experience to PWR Swimming. Throughout his career, he has coached swimmers at the age-group, high school, college, and masters levels, helping athletes of all abilities develop both in and out of the pool.
Coach Gregg has a deep passion for the sport and for helping young athletes grow. His coaching philosophy is simple: every swimmer can improve with the right combination of strong technique, a positive attitude, and consistent effort. At the heart of his approach is the belief that a happy swimmer is a fast swimmer, and that confidence and enjoyment in the water are key ingredients for long-term success.
Over the years, Coach Gregg has guided numerous athletes to high levels of achievement. In the past seven years alone, he has coached seven Junior National qualifiers. Of those junior national swimmers there were two 9th place and numerous top 20 finishes. His swimmers have also earned multiple Top 10 rankings in USA Swimming.
Coach Gregg is committed to creating a positive and motivating environment where swimmers can reach their full potential while developing a lifelong love for the sport.
Coach Chris has been swimming since the age of 4. He competed with various age group USA Swimming and Y programs during his childhood. In high school Chris competed in the 200 IM and 500 Free. At Lycoming College, he focused on the 400 IM and distance events. Chris started coaching in high school and enjoys teaching athletes how to swim. Outside of swimming Chris can be found at the ski mountain (winter) or camping, hiking, and running with his family.
Coach Jocelyn has been involved in competitive swimming for 15 years. She is currently a Division II swimmer at Gannon University, where she continues to compete at a high level while pursuing her academic goals. With five years of coaching experience with all ages, Jocelyn is enthusiastic and passionate about helping athletes develop strong technique, confidence, and a strong work ethic. She strives to create a supportive and challenging environment that promotes growth both in and out of the pool.
Nikki Mobilia Cole Is a North East High School swim team alumni. During the day you'll find her in the corporate office at Arrowhead Wine Cellars, as CFO. Her afternoons are spent at the North East School District pool, where she is the Assistant Varsity swim coach. In the evenings she coach's a bronze group for PWR. Nikki also coaches the summer swim team for North East Little Pickers, and is a certified lifeguard.
Little’s Coach-Kaitlyn Bosy Lazenby began her competitive swimming career at the age of six in Canada, where she grew up. That early love for the water led her to Gannon University, where she competed at the collegiate level and earned the distinction of being a two-time NCAA All-American.
After completing four successful years as a student-athlete, she continued her journey at Gannon as an assistant swim coach while earning her master’s degree in Health Science–Occupational Therapy. Her experience as both an elite swimmer and a coach allows her to bring knowledge, passion, and mentorship to every athlete she works with.
Outside of coaching, she is a proud wife and mother of two little ones who brings her endless joy. When she’s not working as an OT or on the pool deck, she enjoys running and spending quality time with her family
